Refund policy

We carefully inspect and package each of our items prior to shipping your order. However, if your items are damaged in the mail, please send us an email with photos of the damage within three days of delivery and we will coordinate a replacement. If you are otherwise unhappy with your order, you may be eligible for an exchange within 14 days of original purchase date; however, the item must be unopened, unused and in the same packaging as it was received. Should you decide to exchange the item, you are responsible for return shipping and the shipping costs are non-refundable. Full refunds are not acceptable at this time, only exchanges. Please note, some products including body care items may not be eligible for exchanges or returns due to the nature of the product.
